Last week Trish over at HR Ringleader challenged her readers to collaborate with someone new on a project. With all of the wonderful projects going on and having just come off working with Ben Eubanks on Rock The PHR, I needed something to work on (because clearly studying for the SPHR and working full-time isn’t enough).
Just when I was about to offer my services to the HR group on Twitter, I get a Linkedin email via a Jennifer McClure. Someone needs help setting up a new blog! (Insert comic book super hero music here)
Stephanie Ochsenhirt, a local HR pro seeking a new gig, wants to set up a professional blog. Stephanie and I met at the Birmingham Recruiters Network luncheon last month and she has a great personality. I’m certain she’s going to be taking the blogosphere by storm. Stephanie and I are meeting offline for lunch this Friday to get her blog kicked off.
I’m looking forward to paying forward some of the wonderful help I’ve received over the past year. Please stay tuned for the announcement of Stephanie’s first blog post.

What a great way to collaborate. I am taking my own advice and in addition to things currently in the works (HRevolution with Ben Eubanks, Steve Boese, and Crystal Peterson) I will be collaborating on something soon with Ben Eubanks separately. I’m very excited!
