In my post yesterday I introduced you to the Formula for Success, (C5) PFU=S. We covered what the five C’s stand for; here’s a brief review.
C1 = Customers
C2 = Care
C3 = Culture
C4 = Cash
C5 = Cost
That leaves PFU to equal Success.
In our formula, P equals Passion. I’ve talked before about Passion and how it’s a must for HR. Passion is a must for any field, anything you endeavor really; if you have no passion for something, why do it.
As leaders, its our responsibility to show Passion for the cause; be it taking care of your customers, building a strong culture, collecting cash or whatever you company does for the community.
As employees, we should have a Passion for our work. Don’t half ass it, do it all the way or go home. You spend the majority of your day at work, you should enjoy what you do and strive to succeed; don’t be satisfied with where you are, have a Passion to be better.
Employees with a Passion, Leaders with a Passion, HR Professionals with a Passion; imagine a company ripe with Passionate employees that care about their work, customers, the culture of the company.
