		<description>I find we end up waiting for things to be given to us at the workplace. All we need to do is, ask. Yes, that comes with the peril of giving it our best shot and taking it to closure. By not asking, we are only confirming the manager&#039;s doubt (if any) that we aren&#039;t capable of handling a particular project.

Enjoy the HRIS implementation! It&#039;s got some great learning in it. I had an opportunity to be a part of it at a couple of start-ups. Next up, get folks to use it. That&#039;s a tougher challenge; leads to more learning! :)</description>
