I agree. The workers make the company go not
the CEO. The show proved that. It’s amazing how management can make (in their minds) a simple policy change but not realize the real impact it has on the workers.

AMEN! Of course, I feel more like the girl doing 6 people’s jobs. I wish someone would step in for me! I’m looking forward to next week. I can’t wait to see what happens to the manager that makes his employees play “reindeer games”.
