		<description>Great topic.  Disaster Recovery and Business Resumption are often not thought through.  Some of the questions that companies need to answer are:

Do you have a documented disaster recovery plan for your HR systems?
Are you backing up your data on a daily basis?
If your primary datacenter is wiped out, where and how will you fail over to a secondary facility?
If your primary payroll processing facility is wiped out do you have staff that can work from home or a remote location?
Do you have a payroll check printer in multiple locations?

Of course the list goes on and on...does your head hurt yet?</description>
