Last week was one of the longest, hardest weeks of my life thus far. For those that do not know, my grandmother passed away Wednesday night at the age of 83. She was a strong, loving, and beautiful woman. She will be with me always and I will never forget the Sunday morning breakfasts or watching General Hospital with her during the summer.
Spring is among us, time for a renewal, life to being a new and all that jazz.
What did I miss last week? According to CNN the jobless rate remained steady, as did the rate in Alabama.
Are we finally coming out of this thing?
Did you get an iPad Saturday? We did and it’s AWESOME!
Did you fall for an April Fools Day joke? I did, bad Shauna.

Hugs! And sorry about the April Fool’s Day joke (tries to look appropriately contrite).
What a beautiful way to remember your grandmother. You were blessed to have such a woman in your life.
Sincere sympathy for your loss.
@HR Minion – Yeah, I see you looking contrite but holding in a giggle. I’m on to you and your sneaky ways.
@Fran – Thank you Fran, she was wonderful and will be missed greatly.
Reminds me— I have to call my grandmother!!
Many condolences for your loss— I’m glad her life was long and fruitfull–
Condolences on the passing of your Grandmother.
I didn’t get an iPad. I think it’s a cool device but have not yet had my “aha” moment to justify getting one. I am suspicious of everything that happens on April fools day.
